Management Support, Policy and International Partnerships

The division

  • provides and coordinates support to several management forums, including the Board, the University Leadership and the Administrative Management
  • is responsible for policy work and the dialogue with ministries and key stakeholders
  • deals with the University’s international alliances and partnerships with universities abroad.

Management Support

  • provides secretariat services to cross-organisational management forums, including the Board, the Rectorate, the University Leadership, the Administrative Management, the forum for heads of staff and L80 
  • prepares agendas and orders, assures the quality of cases and plans and supports case processes etc.

 

Policy

  • supports the protection of UCPH interests in selected areas in dialogue with politicians, ministries, foundations, interest groups etc. 
  • develops and maintains networks between UCPH and external parties.
      

International Partnerships

  • provides secretariat services to the University’s strategy group for Global Perspective 
  • supports the University’s involvement in international university alliances (4EU+, IARU and LERU) and establishes partnerships with selected international universities.

 

Speech Writing

  • writes speeches for the Rectorate, for example for the UCPH annual commemoration, matriculation ceremony and other recurring events at the University 
  • delivers presentations and speeches to management about research, education and innovation for many different types of events all year round.
