IT Governance and Management

The division:

• builds and runs shared IT governance and handles daily management and committee services in the IT area.
• drives the IT transformation programme, including establishing IT processes and methods that focus on delivering efficient and user-friendly IT services.
• deals with and advises on shared administrative tasks and processes in UCPH IT.
• is responsible for budget and financial management in IT.
