Legal Team for Research and IP

The Research and IP Law section helps to create a good framework for collaborations between the research environments at UCPH, other research institutions, as well as companies and other external partners. Research and IP Law is responsible for:

• Providing legal support to researchers when they conduct research and innovation or work with impact
  
  
• negotiating research collaboration agreements and commercial agreements, ensuring the best possible frameworks for the University's collaborations with external parties
  
  
• protecting and managing the University's intellectual property rights (IPR)
