Legal Team for Research and IP
The Legal Team for Research and IP contributes to creating good frameworks for collaboration between the research environments at UCPH, other research institutions, as well as companies and other external partners. Research and IP Law is responsible for:
- negotiating research collaboration agreements and commercial agreements, thereby ensuring the optimum framework for the university's collaboration with external parties.
- protecting and managing the University's intellectual property rights (IPR)
