HR Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development

The purpose of the section is to contribute to organisational development that is linked to the HR professional area and supports the development of people and UCPH as a workplace.

The head of section is Marianne Nielsen.

Main tasks:

  • The work with the development of UCPH as an organisation and attractive workplace, including diversity, equality and inclusion, sustainability, internationalisation, AI etc.
  • Develop and implement UCPH diversity action plan and support diversity networks
  • Framework and develop work regarding talent development, career development, and competency development, including UCPH's promotion programmes and 1:1 career guidance for junior researchers.
  • Working with potential assessments and incentive and recognition structures at UCPH
  • Develop and maintain the HR partner model
  • Develop the pre- and onboarding process, qualify and strengthen recruitment capacity and competencies as well as employer branding
  • Develop, operate and quality assure UCPH courses as well as engage in dialogue with participants and suppliers
  • Develop and implement strategies and approaches, guidelines and policies, concepts and tools within the subject areas in the section.
