HR Strategy
The purpose of the section is to work with HR strategy development and implementation, monitor development trends, contribute strategic advice and analysis to Senior Management as well as provide support for the HR management and group unit.
Head of division is Iben Rørbye.
Main tasks:
- Define the strategic framework for the work with 'People and Organisation' and ensure implementation of the work across the university
- Support UCPH strategy development in relation to issues within HR and support development that partly focuses on the core business and partly on an increasingly cross-administrative administration
- Follow societal, HR and university sector-specific development trends
- Carry out analysis work in support of the HR strategy development work
- Participate in international collaborations, including League of European Research Universities (LERU) and International Alliance of Research Universities (IARU)
- Advising Senior Management on the basis of analyses, trends, and international collaborations
- Provide HR management and departmental support in the form of financial management as well as development and support of internal governance structure and portfolio management.
