HR Law
The purpose of the section is to support coherent employment law tasks across UCPH and to handle employment law case management at UCPH level.
Head of section: Trine Momme Rosendahl
- Interpret and implement new legislation, practice, and collective agreements across UCPH.
- Support a uniform interpretation and practice across UCPH.
- Advise and guide UCPH's management, Campus administration HR and the other sections in HR's group unit.
- Process access to documents that are cross-university in cases and handle other cross-disciplinary employment law case handling.
- Handle UCPH's contact with authorities and external stakeholders in the field of employment law.
- Conduct negotiations with trade unions and assist in industrial arbitration and litigation.
- Build and facilitate legal competence networks for staff lawyers at UCPH with particular focus on knowledge sharing and uniform practice.
- Participate in sector networks with the aim of supporting collaboration and knowledge sharing across the other Danish universities.
- Contributing to the university's whistle-blower scheme.
