HR Law

The purpose of the section is to support coherent employment law tasks across UCPH and to handle employment law case management at UCPH level.

Head of section is Trine Momme Rosendahl.

Main tasks:

  • Interpret and implement new legislation, practice, and collective agreements across UCPH.
  • Support a uniform interpretation and practice across UCPH.
  • Advise and guide UCPH's management, Campus administration HR and the other sections in HR's group unit.
  • Process access to documents that are cross-university in cases and handle other cross-disciplinary employment law case handling.
  • Handle UCPH's contact with authorities and external stakeholders in the field of employment law.
  • Conduct negotiations with trade unions and assist in industrial arbitration and litigation.
  • Build and facilitate legal competence networks for staff lawyers at UCPH with particular focus on knowledge sharing and uniform practice.
  • Participate in sector networks with the aim of supporting collaboration and knowledge sharing across the other Danish universities.
  • Contributing to the university's whistle-blower scheme.
