HR Compliance and Processes
The purpose of the section is to establish, maintain, and develop the best possible framework and processes for the overall payroll and HR administration at UCPH.
Head of section is Morten Meizner.
Main tasks:
- Support efficiency, consistency, and user-friendliness in payroll and HR administration across the organisation.
- Ensure that UCPH's payroll and personnel administration live up to good administrative governance with adequate prevention and control measures, systematic follow-up on errors and development of payroll and HR administrative competencies.
- Process ownership of payroll and personnel-administrative HR processes.
- Prepare and maintain process and workflow descriptions as well as templates within payroll and personnel-administrative HR processes in collaboration with Campus administration HR.
- Support an ongoing, structured dialogue with service owners on prioritisation and management of the maintenance and development of payroll and HR administrative processes within the allocated resource framework and the objectives approved by the HR management.
- Support a structure for continuous feedback from Campus administration HR for workflow descriptions and templates which can be included in the work with maintenance and development.
- Support structured involvement of the user perspective in the development of payroll and HR administrative processes.
- Assist with project management of strategic HR projects that have a significant impact on payroll and HR administrative processes.
