Business Development and Digitalisation Section
The Business Development and Digitalisation Section solves problems and supports business development within the finance organisation.
Strategy, change and digital transformation
- We are a valuable partner when University Finance is to anchor strategies and develop initiatives and implement solutions that ensure efficient digital support for finance processes within and outside the section.
- We are preferred consultants and project managers, because we support our colleagues in finance in development and execution in order to make it simple and effective for UCPH staff to solve finance-related tasks.
- We can identify value-creating digital options because we collaborate with talented colleagues at UCPH and in our environment and learn from the best.
Systems, processes and data
- We know all corners of the financial systems and are a valuable partner in relation to clarification of needs, specification of requirements, development, implementation and support.
- Because of our knowledge of the University’s financial systems and how they integrate with other systems, we play an active role when other systems are to be integrated with the financial management systems.
- Our knowledge of systems and working processes is the basis of systems development, business development and digitalisation.
- We provide qualified support in terms of mapping and optimisation in order to identify and realise potentials for improvement.
- We collaborate with system, process and data owners in University Finance and help everyone understand their role and responsibilities.
UCPH Business Intelligence (BI)
- The University’s BI unit develops a joint BI solution that meets UCPH’s needs for management information and supports data-driven management.
- The BI solution is developed according to best-practice methods and principles in close collaboration with the organisation and involves all relevant users and stakeholders. The solution must be reliable, create value and be used in the organisation.
- We are responsible for documentation, common concepts, a robust and reliable solution, good architecture, IT security and security in general, GDPR, good visualisation and a governance model.
