Corporate Financial Management
The division develops strategic financial management at UCPH, drives and develops budget and follow-up processes and prepares analyses and decision papers for various management forums.

- Developing strategic financial management (for example, budget model)

- Ongoing standardisation and optimisation of financial processes
- Annual report process and decision proposals
- EV finances (integrated financial management between EV (external activities) and government funding, for example, project supplements, full cost in the EV area, payment models in IT, pricing of core facilities)
- Education finances (key figures and simulation models, system support)
- Investment budget processes and decision proposals.
