Budget and Reporting Section
In collaboration with the faculties, the Budget and Reporting Section is to ensure timely and relevant management information to the University Board, Executive Management, Senior Management, Administrative Management and the General Collaboration Committee.
The Section is divided into two units; the Financial Management Unit which handles cross-organisational tasks and the Financial Service Unit which supports the University’s Central Administration with financial management (budgeting, follow-up, etc.).
The Section is managed by the Budgeting manager, who is responsible for the overall operation of the section. The unit manager reports to the Budgeting manager and is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Financial Service Unit.
- The overall financial management model and registration framework
- Development of financial management at UCPH (implementation of a new budget mode, state budgeting system, etc.)
- Overall finances, budget and follow-up
- Annual report and statistics
- Budget and follow-up for the Central Administration
- Support to University Finance (holiday/absence registration, web, procurement under contracts)
