Education Choice and Admissions

The division

• is responsible for recruiting and admitting students to the University's bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes.
• focuses on user-centred processes for prospective students, from the initial considerations about choice of education to admission and enrolment.

The division comprises two sections:

Education Choice

The section 

• deals with information, guidance and activities concerning study choice to prospective students.
• guides prospective students focusing on choice of education and admissions processes.
• runs and develops ku.dk/studies as well as the Instagram account and the podcast KUstudieliv.
• is responsible for recruitment activities such as open house events, student internships and ‘Student for a day’.

Admissions

The section

• is responsible for admitting and enrolling students on bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes.
• deals with applications for admission, re-admissions, transfers, change of programme and credit transfer to UCPH.
• is responsible for the University’s quota-2 process and for communication in the application portal Mit KU and via email.
• supports the processes of tuition fee payments, scholarship awards and student residence permit applications.
