IT Support (for all UCPH)

The division

  • Helps with ordinary IT tasks and problems for all students and staff at UCPH.
  • Responds to inquiries by telephone and through the Service Portal.
  • Operates support centres on campus, where users can go to pick up equipment or get help with IT and AV-related issues.
  • Provides first-line AV support on South Campus, CSS and the University Square.
