Strategy and Support

The section

• supports the digital transformation in the University’s building area through a combination of operational and development tasks, including system ownership of UCPH Buildings’ specialist systems, which supports specialists’ data management in the building area, development of new system features, improvement of data quality and standardisation/efficiency (in collaboration with specialists in the building area).
• works with specialist support such as guides, specifications, standards, ad hoc support, maintaining specified business-critical data, data extraction and reporting, and digital support in construction projects.

The section

• works with developing and standardising several cross-organisational building operations and service areas at the University of Copenhagen.
• develops common frameworks, guidelines and operational standards, and supports the organisation with data, analyses, specifications and specialist sparring, which includes energy, waste, mobility, safety, emergency response, meals and sustainability.
• deals with both administrative and specialist operational tasks, including maintaining agreements, updating processes, specialist consultancy, ongoing dialogue with partners and attending networks and meeting forums.

The section

• provides management support to the Deputy Director of UCPH Buildings, the management group and the Administrative Management, including quality assurance of reports, cases and decision-making proposals as well as secretariat services to various management forums and the sustainability secretariat.
• receives and distributes orders for UCPH Buildings and is the entry point for partners and other group units.
• supports management, including calendar management, secretarial tasks and onboarding of new employees.
• is responsible for uniform administrative practices across UCPH Buildings.
