Planning
The division is responsible for:
- Strategically developing UCPH’s building portfolio – including long-term campus and facility planning.
- Optimising space usage through area optimisation, densification and efficient use of the University's square metres.
- Maintaining buildings, including financial forecasts and priorities
- Realising UCPH's sustainability goals in the building area, for example through planning, data and decision-making documents.
- Providing legal advice and analyses within property management
- Drafting decision-making proposals and strategic advisory support to the Deputy Director of UCPH Buildings and the University Leadership.
- Ensuring the best possible physical environment for research, education and dissemination in close collaboration with faculties, departments and campus administrations.
