HR Centres

The three HR centres handle various operational HR tasks, including

  • Recruitment and employment processes, including for international researchers.
  • Tasks related to employment law.
  • Personnel administrative tasks, including salaries, maternity/paternity leave and reimbursements.
  • Supporting the annual salary negotiations.
  • Sending management information.
  • Serving a number of committees at the faculties.
  • Participation in HR development tasks and working environment tasks.

HR SOUTH CITY
The HR centre is located at the South Campus and is led by Gitte Korsgaard. The centre serves the Faculty of Humanities, the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Social Sciences, the Faculty of Theology and the Central Administration.

HEALTH HR
The HR centre is located at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences and is led by Carsten Carlsen.

SCIENCE HR
The HR centre is located at the Faculty of Science and is led by Marianne Nielsen.
