Personnel Competence Committee, PKU
The PKU committee has been set up by the General Collaboration Committee. PKU deals with issues and prepares presentations for the General Collaboration Committee about competence development of all employee groups at the university. Members include representatives from both management and staff.
The secretariat function for PKU lies with HR in the section HR Competence & Management Development (KLU). The PKU committee is thus the political body, while KLU is the executive body. Meetings and minutes
The PKU committee holds 4-5 meetings a year. Minutes, meeting dates etc. can be obtained from the committee secretary: Anette Mar, firstname.lastname@example.org
The Skills Development Fund Committee is a committee appointed under PKU which handles its allocation of funds.
